Terms of Service

1. The service

CashAfter is an obligation and cash-flow planning application. It helps you track accounts, income, regular payments, recurring rules and upcoming obligations to estimate free cash after commitments.

CashAfter is not a bank, payment institution, investment advisor or tax service. We do not connect to your bank accounts, move money on your behalf or provide financial advice. You are solely responsible for decisions based on information shown in the app.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the service.

3. Plans, trial and billing

Every new account starts with a free Pro trial of 7 days (14 days when you sign up through an invite link). No payment method is required. When the trial ends, the account moves to the Free plan automatically; nothing is charged and nothing has to be cancelled. The trial is granted once per account.

Free plan limits (as implemented in the product): up to 5 regular payments and 3 obligation rules; no shared workspace and no AI statement import. Pro removes these limits and enables the features described on the Pricing page.

Pro subscriptions are billed through our payment provider, Paddle, at the prices shown on the Pricing page ($2.99 per month or $19.99 per year, USD, unless stated otherwise). Prices may change with notice; existing subscriptions remain subject to the payment provider’s terms until you cancel.

You may cancel a subscription in your account settings at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; Pro access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise required by law. See the Refund Policy for refunds.

4. Referral program

You may share a personal invite link. A person who registers through it receives a 14-day Pro trial. When that person completes a paid Pro period, you receive 30 days of Pro: for a paying subscriber this is applied as a 100% discount on the next billing period, otherwise as additional trial days.

Rewards are granted only for genuine paid subscriptions and may be revoked after a refund or chargeback. Inviting yourself, using aliases of your own mailbox or creating accounts for the purpose of earning rewards is not allowed; we may limit the number of rewarded invitations (currently 20 per 30 days) and void rewards that appear abusive. We may change or end the program at any time with notice on the website.

5. AI statement import

Pro accounts may upload bank statements (CSV, Excel, PDF or photo) to have transactions recognised and categorised automatically. The statement lines and your category names are processed by a third-party AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload statements you are not authorised to process.

Recognition is assisted by a language model and may be incomplete or inaccurate. The result is presented as a draft: you are responsible for reviewing amounts, dates and categories before adding them to your account. We limit file size, number of rows and imports per month as shown in the app.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to harass others
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
• Reverse engineer, scrape or overload our systems
• Resell or sublicense the service without written permission

7. Your data

You retain ownership of data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that data solely to operate the service.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify features, pricing or these Terms. Material changes will be posted on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data arising from use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Pro in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50 if you used only the Free plan.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in the app; an active Pro subscription is cancelled with it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Ukraine unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
