Terms of Service

1. The service

CashAfter is an obligation and cash-flow planning application. It helps you track wallets, income, loans, recurring rules, and upcoming obligations to estimate free cash after commitments.

CashAfter is not a bank, payment institution, investment advisor, or tax service. We do not connect to your bank accounts, move money on your behalf, or provide financial advice. You are solely responsible for decisions based on information shown in the app.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

New accounts start on the Free plan with product limits. A one-time 14-day Pro trial may be offered when you first subscribe to Pro through our payment provider. After the trial ends, cancellation, or failed payment, the Free plan applies again; the trial cannot be restarted.

Free plan limits (as implemented in the product): up to 1 active loan and 3 obligation rules. Pro removes these limits and enables workspace sharing features described in the app.

Pro subscriptions are billed through our payment provider at the prices shown on our Pricing page ($2.99 per month or $19.99 per year, USD, unless stated otherwise). Prices may change with notice; existing subscriptions remain subject to the payment provider’s terms until you cancel.

You may cancel a subscription through your account settings and the payment provider’s customer portal where available. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to harass others
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
• Resell or sublicense the service without written permission

5. Your data

You retain ownership of data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate the service.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify features, pricing, or these Terms. Material changes will be posted on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data arising from use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Pro in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50 if you used only the Free plan.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app where available. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Ukraine unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
