Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid Pro subscriptions for CashAfter, offered by Vimax Studio and billed through our payment provider.
1. 14-day satisfaction refund
If Pro does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first paid Pro charge (monthly or yearly plan).
To request a refund, email support@cashafter.app from the email address linked to your account. Include the date of payment and a brief description of the issue.
Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider back to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
2. Subscription cancellation
Canceling a subscription stops future billing. Cancellation alone does not automatically trigger a refund outside the 14-day window above.
After cancellation, you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period unless we grant an exceptional refund.
3. Exceptions
We may decline refunds if:
- The request is made more than 14 days after the first paid charge
- The account was suspended for abuse or violation of our Terms
- A chargeback was filed without contacting us first
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account closure.
